If you are unable to purchase our Package Plan,

please make your own hotel reservation by calling them directly. For golf, you will be paying our Daily Fee which is posted at the Pro Shop during your stay in Lakeland.

NOTE: A residential house with two or three bedrooms with spacious living room and modern kitchen is available for two or three couples, first come first served.

Spacious Hotel Room with refrigerator & Microwave Oven. Hot breakfast; swimming pool; exercise room; two lines of phone with high speed; and a Lounge for a group to sit. (Less than a week can be pro-rated on a daily base.)

One Week with 12% tax and handling charge =$ 960.00

Note: Above facilities are less than two miles from both Wedgewood Golf Club and Sandpiper Golf Club.

HOUSE with Three (3) Bedrooms, Two full baths, 2,200 sq. ft. with full modern kitchen, spacious living room & dining room.

Spacious Master Bedroom with Tub & separate shower.

Two other bedrooms must share One bath room.

Third Bedroom can be rented, but it is the smallest room.

RENT FOR ONE WEEK: $1,100.00

IF TWO FAMILIES RENT, I SUGGEST $600.00 for the Master Bedroom and $500.00 for the Second Bedroom. (Of course, the decision is entirely up to you.)

Yesterday was the Thangsgiving day, this morning the temperture in Maryland dip to 36 degree. I had to put thick jacket on to go out side. Winter is here. Already golf grip is strenuous and hand is cold. It's hard not to think about playing golf in a warm place. Karl Koh and Dr. Sung Gyun Shin already start to prepare for us for our annual Winter Golf Event in Florida. I would love to have many of you join this winter as ususal. Dr. Shin is urging us to make arrangement as soon as possible as the space for such good deal is limited. So, guys please, please !!
